Romero Road Renovation began in September 2007 and completed March 2008.  Due to the extensive termite damage to this 1928 property, a total renovation of the subflooring, joists and walls all had to be replaced.  Please see pictures below for the property prior to any work completed.

Exterior Demo to yard, included demo of garage, shrubs, fencing and some trees.

2nd Stage of foundation repair, floor joists replacement, and wall replacement to reconfigure house.
