Bobby Wilson, owner and General Contractor is a hands on contractor.  He will be with you through every moment of your project.  The following synopsis of his history is for your perusal at your leisure.  Mr. Wilson has been in the construction industry as an employee, foreman, and owner since 1974 as you will see below.

Commercial and Residential Work - Includes government entities such as County, City, Federal, Private entities, etc.

2010-2011 - Trinity Baptist Children's Center, Santa Monica, CA - New remodeled kitchen included complete demolition and replaced new ceramic tile floors, new stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and counter tops, scraped popcorn ceiling and finished with textured ceiling, slurry sealed parking lot and painted lines for handicapped and parking spaces, painting of interior and exterior, custom bookshelves in library, various repairs for pre-school.
2011 - Weed Abatement - Redlands, CA - In the Redlands hills there are fire dangers so homeowners call us out to scrape off the weeds and give them a nice scraped dirt area.
2011 - Patio Cover - Muhammad Fakir, Redlands, CA - A returning customer who enjoys making his home upgraded year after year. Installation of rear patio cover, new windows throughout home, new exterior doors, new wrought iron gate for driveway, new vinyl fencing for front yard, new redwood 6' fencing and rear gates for privacy.

2011 - Patio extension - James Towers, Redlands, CA - Adding on to an existing patio to extend back yard for growing boys helps to make this homeowner happy.

2008-2010 - Remodel Sunroom, New outdoor kitchen, front yard concrete, composite deck - Samir Ramadan, Helendale, CA - Various projects for Mr. Ramadan kept us busy with remodeling a vacation home.  

2008 - Chain Link fence - Gas Systems Services, Inc. Herlong, CA - Removed and replaced chain link fencing on military base, installed block concrete walls to cage utilities.

2007-2008 - Remodel of 1928 house - Crown Acquisitions, Loma Linda, CA - Demo entire house to studs, demoed flooring to joists and replaced joists, new foundation around house, new flooring, new windows, all new electric and plumbing, reconfigured bedroom and bathroom, new front porch, new sidewalks and steps, new doors (interior and exterior), new HVAC (previously window A/C unit), demoed garage, installed new septic tank and septic system, installed drywall, framing, painting interior and exterior, installed new kitchen cabinets, and installed new laundry room in newly remodeled sun room.

2007 - Vacancy Rehab work - San Bernardino County Housing Authority, Loma Linda, CA - Drywall, plastering, painting interior/exterior, new exterior doors and jambs, demoed addition, sanded and finished interior cabinets, new flooring in bathrooms and laundry room, new blinds throughout, demoed existing concrete driveway and replaced, installed driveway gate, new roofing, new tub kit and new tile in shower, new toilets, new bathroom sinks and new countertops in kitchen and bath.

2006 - Vacancy Rehab Work - San Bernardino County Housing Authority, Yucaipa, CA - Drywall, painting interior/exterior, roof repair, new doors and jambs, demo interior cabinets, demo flooring, repair and replace existing fence and paint.

2006 - Fire Rehabilitation - Jesse McDonald , Yucca Valley, CA - Demo interior of house and rebuild, drywall, insulation, paint interior/exterior, roof repair, new windows and doors, trim work, new lighting, new electrical, install HVAC unit, new flooring, new cabinets and counter tops, new appliances.

2006 - Custom outdoor kitchen/23 Windows Replacement - Kevin Johnson, Redlands, CA - Remove and replace 23 windows, 3 patio doors, custom flat panel television installation with stereo cabinet install w/speakers wired and connected, new 30 foot custom outdoor kitchen that included appliances installed (water and gas lines installed), refrigerator, bar sink, barbecue, rope lights, speakers and CD player, cabinets installed for storage, extended patio area with brick work.

2006 - Water Line Installation w/concrete work - Ted and Yolanda Sanchez, Redlands, CA - Installation of water line from main to sidewalk with turn off valve, curb, sidewalk, driveway approach, driveway and walkways with porch area.

2005-2006 - Sewer Line - Jack Sodhi/Ken Owens, San Bernardino, CA - Sewer line installed from main, paved new street, curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveway approaches, driveways, fire hydrant installation, sewer manhole.

2005 - Bathroom Remodels - Alice and Bien San Pedro, Redlands, CA - Remodeled master bathroom and additional bathroom with new shower and tile work in master bathroom that included reconfiguring bathroom and new plumbing, additional bathroom included new bathtub, flooring and tile.

2005 - Dixon Company - Barstow and Niland, CA - Sub-Contractor work - Barstow included demo of water tank (1,100,000 gallons) and Niland included building target wall and building (concrete blocks)

2004-2005 - Olive Avenue Project - Larry Cunningham, Redlands, CA - Completion of 4 lots, grading, compacting, over-excavating, all underground utilities onsite and off-site construction, install of 4 street lights, sewer line, water line, storm drain, sidewalks, pavers for driveway, installation of 2 underground electrical boxes for Southern California Edison, pave cul-de-sac as well as half of Olive Avenue, curb & gutter, 12 trees planted, 3 palm trees relocated on property, clearing and grubbing.

2003 - Sunset Drive project - Cornell Davis, Redlands, CA - Graded entire grounds, demoed driveway and installed new concrete driveway with curb, new concrete walls with rock facing and columns, concrete steps with wrought iron railing and concrete landings, new vinyl fencing.

Responsibilities included estimating, heavy equipment operator, building roads, dikes, drainage systems, ball fields, supervising 14-man crews, fine grading, pouring cement, setting up pump truck, running batch plant, installing utilidoors underground, and installing concrete retaining walls from 4 feet to 25 feet, pour pads for turbines, tank form installation of leak proof fabric, pipe support, remodeling, pneumatic tool operator, installing mains and services for gas lines, boring, open trench, tapping, testing, wrapping, backfilling, installing pipe on VSM’s pipe supports, chuck tender for drill rigs to set VSM’s, installing water main, kicker blocks, fire hydrants, water services, gas lines, install pipe supports, catch basins, rock dikes, Fairbanks International Airport included concrete tilt-ups, footings, excavation, and pre-cast tilt-ups.

Personnel Specialist – duties included imagery interpreter, clerk typist, mail clerk, shop clerk.  Received good conduct medal with two years active duty honorable discharge.
